Want first, second, and third place? After a spin, delete the winning line from the list and spin again. Each removal shrinks the wheel, so you draw a clean ranking with no repeats — useful for presentation order, team captains, or running a bracket.
Why the wheel is fair
Every slice is the same size, so each entry has an equal chance no matter where it sits on the wheel. The landing position is chosen by your browser’s built-in randomness, not by the visible spin animation, so a longer or shorter spin doesn’t change the odds. Adding the same name twice simply gives it two slices — and double the chance — which is an easy way to weight a draw on purpose.
Keep the list to roughly 2–24 entries if you want the labels to stay readable. Longer lists still spin and pick fairly; the slices just get thin. Because every spin is independent, the same name can come up twice in a row — that is normal randomness, not the wheel favouring anyone. If you would rather skip the animation or draw numbers instead of names, the random number and name picker does the same job as a plain list.
